OK, this has to be the sweetest device on my wish list at the moment.

Digimemo A502 - Portable, Compact, Simple and Powerful

From the web site :

The Digimemo A502 is a stand-alone device with storage capability that digitally captures and stores everything you write or draw with ink on ordinary paper, without the use of computer and special paper. Then you can easily view, edit, organize and share your handwritten notes in Windows.

How do you use it?

Place any paper on top of it and start writing.

The pad will then digitally record everything you’re writing and save it into its build in storage device.

The digital pad can be connected to your computer or laptop via a USB cable and it comes with a Digimemo software manager to view, edit and organize your digital pages.

It is also Vista ready.

The price ranges from 110 € to 150 €
