		<description>Seriously, 'charm' can get you on top, it's better to be likeable (and can do the job at the same time) than being just an experienced without charisma.

Apparently, the company where I work only promotes those who 'loves kissing someone else's dirty ass'  just to get the "title".  And that sucks.</description>

		<description>I absolutely agree..  When it comes to hiring someone, a lot of companies are focused on promoting a team atmosphere.  They can train the employee later.  College degrees are a great indicator of how dedicated a person can be, but likability and charm go a long long way..</description>
