Download video and mp3 from youtube with Greasemonkey script

I just stumbled into a very cool Greasemonkey script called YouTubeHD Download Mp3 and Video.

The script does exactly what it says: downloads mp3’s and videos without the need of a software or extra Firefox extensions.

I’ve tested it myself and it works perfect.

A while ago I posted an entry called : “Howto : Quick .flv video file conversion” and it was about converting Youtube .flv files into ..AVI, .MP4, .MOV , etc…. with FLV Online converter.

There is one other thing that this converter can do : converting music video files into mp3’s so you can listen them on your mp3 player.

How to do it :

It’s simple. Go to Youtube.com and find your music video file. Copy the URL of that file.

Open FLV Online converter a paste the direct link from the file and click on the “Convert to” button and choose MP3.

Now all you have to do is wait untill the conversion is done. Save your mp3 and rename it.
