   I think US will furthur lower down in the list due to war and space exploration expenses

   that is true. Now the Bush America is spending more on war than on space unlike Clinton’s America.

   Yeah, USA is kind of backward when it comes to Presidency. Who here wouldn’t have Clinton back in a shot?

   He knew what’s what.

   Clinton wasn’t better than Bush.
   He knew about the attacks to come and he didn’t do much because he was too busy with the Monica scandal…just about the same time they had Osama at the end of their gun.
