Here's the direct link to the <a href="http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/utilities/sysinternalssuite.mspx" rel="external">Suit.</a> In the Suit, look firts to the help file called Sysinternals Pstools and then look for the commands for Psshutdown. You can do that with one of the Sysinternals Suite’s app Psshutdown.exe
You make few shortcuts with it and other things.
