Thanks Carol and Owen for the useful post. AnyBizSoft PDF Password Remover works well in removing the restrictions of pdf files. I can print and copy my encrypted PDF files now.
Moreover, I have tried AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter. It works well too in converting PDF to Word format. My PDF files with complicated format, lots of images and hyperlinks are preserved completely in the generated Word files. BYW, it supports encrypted PDF files conversion. So awesome. Hope you like it too.
