Monarchy versus every other political system

Put all the power into one man’s hand and he’ll abuse it.

Ever wondered why is the world today so messy and troubled?

Or did you ever wonder which political system does the most damage to a state and which one protects it better?

How about having a look to a very colorful word map dividing the states under Monarchy, Presidential system, Parliamentary system, Military dictatorship?

Have a look to the map below:

Now, if you don’t know which state is which then go here to this huge world map and start digging.

If i could make a quest about this, i would ask you to write down the countries, next to each country, its political system, and next to that, the goods and bads of that country….considering of course the law, the education level, economic and cultural level, properties, debts, Human rights awards or penalties… etc.

But this isn’t a quest and it is only up to you to inform yourself. That’s just to tickle your curiosity. I would like though to know what’s your saying regarding this subject.
I am not going to write down my whole opinion toward this subject but i will say that i favor Monarchy and that’s not because i live in a kingdom.

If you have a look to the world economical statistics, education, income, etc …you’ll see that the best ranked are the monarchies.Plus,they are more peaceful than the others.
The best way to understand each Political system is to read its definition and track back its history.

Wikipedia.org is a good place to start with.
It doesn’t take long to do that nor it will be hard to understand.

In the moment you understand it, you’ll be able to decide which one is better.

So, supposing you’ve got so far and you’ve done some research, would you care to share your opinion?

Lmao! I would only want you to learn.
But i must say that if i was a teacher ,then my students would have tons of homework to do and they wouldn’t get away that easy at the end of the year.

After looking at Wikipedia,i’ve got to agree that there are very few countries with absolute or constitutional monarchies that can be classed as poor economically,or have poor education.
But while I class myself as living in a constitutional monarchy as the same as you do in Belgium,you can also say that we belong to what is called a Supra National Republic,the European Union,which like the United States is made up of individual countries,each self governing,but directly answerable to the president of the EU.
So basically we live in a constitutional .monarchy and a republic.

Is just EU, mate.Few common laws, few general laws that must be applied so they can be assured that everything has a balance….but further more each country is still having its original political system.

Over the years the kingdoms will stay kingdoms; mainly because they have a stability that they will never want to lose.
So EU or not, unless the country changes its policies, the EU thing won’t have a big impact on it.

The European Union ‘currently’ is not classified as a country,however it is starting to exhibit behaviors similar to a state.

I live in a monarchy, a kingdom to be precise.

Kingdom of Bahrain.

We have it great here, democracy has it’s place, but we rarely ever see it done properly.

The question, though, is how significant are these ‘behaviours similar to a state’? I recall that the anti-EU press here in the UK got very excited about the EU having a flag and an anthem, since that’s apparently ’state-like’. So, too, have many soccer clubs got a flag and an anthem, though, so I could never get particularly worried about it.

I have the same question,Saussure.
All this Eu is more about collaboration between the states and open borders.
Their meaning is not to become a whole state ,well,at least i want to believe that.
If they are bringing together all those countries,then i wonder what is the whole purpose. What do they actually want to achieve?
I still haven’t found something about that.

I live in a Kingdom, Kingdom of Bahrain to be precise. I haven’t lived in any other country, but frankly, I love it here, democracy works, but so does beauraucracy, both IF done right, which sadly they are never.

Is it an absolute monarchy in Bahrain?
From what i know is that things over there are working way better than on other sides of the world. Of course there are wrongs too but that’s the way it is.

If the UK abolished its monarchy today I do not think it would change the UK’s economic stature in the world. The UK monarchy is a prestige thing, but they are good for bringing in tourist revenue. The days when Kings and Queens actually “ruled” are long gone.

I think the EU will tranisition into a super-state but at some time way, way, way off into the future. It’s still in its infancy. Becoming a super-state shouldn’t affect any monarchies, if they are still around. They would have to resign themselves to representing parts of the super-state, not all of it. Or maybe they’ll get together and form a super club for monarchs…

Well, monarchies seem most successful, but look at the history of monarchies, when a wacko assumed the throne? I think because most countries are NOT monarchies, and because the size of most pure monarchies is so small, that they seem more successful; however, I think history proves that large countries under absolute rule, theocratic or otherwise, is folly, in my opinion.

In the monarchies today,the kings do not have the absolute power,therefore they can’t be anymore wako’s.

There is just one kingdom where the king has absolute power-Saudi Arabia- and they do good so far.

Compare the monarchies with the others for the last 100 years and you’ll see who did better and who was more stable.

It seems to me that no particular form of government is good or bad. Each form of government merely disperses the power in different ways, giving the government either more or less power. For example, in a monarchy, one person has complete control over their society, and so can make changes very easily. However, in a pure democracy, the power is spread over all the citizens, so no one person is able to make changes.

Whether a given system is used for good or bad is entirely dependent upon the people who hold the power. A good monarch can do tremendous good very quickly… but, an evil monarch can do tremendous evil very quickly.

It would interest you to know that all political systems that advocate local self governance as opposed to centralised, autocratic governance have the most wealth, peace and stability. What better way is there to govern an area than to have it’s people tell you what it is they want done…if you rule people as fools then it depends on the personality of the governor to develop thr nation or not…but if you let the people inform their local governments…things work. Why haven’t any of you told African governments this!

Can you please tell a proffesional website where I can see those statistics that show that the monarchies have the best educational, economical,ect. rankings and are more peaceful. I need them for a project. I also believe that monarchies are the best kind of governments.
