Manage your personal budget template
A personal budget file can help you track your early income and expenses and helps you have a clear overview of how much it comes in and goes out each month.
I still look at the papers i get from my bank monthly and then have a look on my HomeBank dashboard while i do my payments, but having such a file calculating for you everything, can be very useful in difficult financial times. It can help you decide on what you can cut down if necessary.
The file i will provide is a personal budget template i found last year over at LibbreOffice (a free office software) and i modified it’s colors a bit.
I’ve been using it on 2012 and i must say that tracking down expenses helped me a lot.
It’s easy to use and it auto-calculates everything for you. All you need to do is enter the right numbers.
Download my 2013 Personal Budget Template (click on File and then Download as) or download it from LibbreOffice.
If you need to add more cells for income or expenses not listed on this file and you don’t know how to do it, then have a look at the video below.
