This tip is for advanced users.

Apparently some tips and tricks on how to make your programs start faster in Windows Xp are not always accurate.

If you have a better tip,please let us know.

Let’s see if we can make our installed programs start faster with this tweak.

Go to Run,type Regedit and go to the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\PrefetchParameters

When you’ve reached that key ,look on the right side for EnablePrefetcher. Right click on it and choose Modify. Now change from 3 to 5 and close the editor.

Start up your PC.

    Yeah, Andrew proved to be right about many tweaks.

    He probably is right.
