Rodrigues, I believe i had an achievement for that - Make your own 360 achievements.
Becky, it was about time. Is a bit late though for some people who have struggled playing on more than 3 xbox’s and ended up waiting for each to be repaired way too long.
I cannot even tell you how frustrating it is.
They should have done that in the first year.

I work in the defects department at my work (Merchandise Claims). So far, I have had countless, and I MEAN countless, XBox 360’s to process (as many as 3 a week), compared to 1 PS3 pr PSP a month. Zero, zilch, nada single one Wii console. And yes, we’ve been selling the Wii. I know what my next console will be… not just because I’m a Nintendo fan, either!
Microsoft, as of late, is the reason why I’m more an Apple person than ever. I do respect MS as a company (I love the Office suite), but they need a huge overhaul, IMHO. Sorry if I seem to be out of place here, but I love reading your blog, Carol.

Christopher, you are not out of your place.
Microsoft has indeed lots of issues, but they come around with Vista and Office 2007, plus other nice stuff.
What makes it all look that bad, is the 360 being such a pain.
