Bioshock Infinite: Defend the Zeppelin final boss fight on 1999 mode

OK.  If you’re playing the last mission of Bioshock Infinite and you find yourself stuck and dying over and over….and you want to get a few achievements at once – assuming you will be playing it on the hardest difficulty, without using the vending machines on 1999 mode, here is how to handle the last fight and boy, you will be glad for taking this approach:

1) Equip the Return to Sender trap

2) Now place the trap all over the Zeppelin’s generator that you are supposed to defend.
By “place the trap all over” i really mean, place  10, 50, 100 of them, all around on the generator from up to down. 
Make it look like a fireball. Be generous because you can use a bunch of them. 

3) Find the sniper, which is somewhere on the right side on the wall, behind the generator and put yourself right in front of the generator, between the fireballs, right where you see that point .
As long as you stay between the traps, you will be just fine and  you will be able to take the enemy out with the sniper and any fire focused on the generator will be send back by the traps. 

This image  shows the back of the generator, which should be fully covered in traps as well because the enemies will be coming from all sides.

4) Use the bird to take out the other Zeppelins. 

That’s about it. You will be relieved when this is all done. My boyfriend has been trying this mission on and on, then i took over and tried it, but it seems to be impossible playing it when you play it for the 3 achievements below.
This strategy will help you end the game without wanting to throw your controller in someone’s head.

Completed the game on Hard difficulty or above.

Completed the game on 1999 mode.

If there is one thing i love doing while i am online is watching documentaries; I am simply addicted to them and boy, there are so many to watch.
So today, i will share my addiction with you and by that i mean that i will share the best websites hosting or linking to the best free online documentaries.

1) Top Documentary Films
This website has some of the best collections of full documentaries and there is a small chance to run into dead links.
Each doc. contains a brief description about what you are about to see.

2) Documentary Wire
This one has a great collection of documentary films and it is clean, neat and you can connect to it with Facebook.

3) Watch documentary.org

Lots of documentaries here and it is probably the best organized docs. website i know. I highly recommend it.

4) Documentary Storm
This one doesn’t have as many docs as the ones above, but it still has a nice collection and it is worth bookmarking it.

 5) Documentary Heaven
Lots of good documentaries and worth bookmarking but the adds are really annoying at times.

6) ViewZu Free Online Documentaries
This website is ugly as hell, but it does have a sweet collection of documentaries.

Of course, there are many more websites containing hundreds of free documentaries and films, but not all of them are as good as the ones listed above. Many contain lots of dead-links and as far as i noticed, they are not maintained.

zeZebra – Share files of any size free, to anyone, anywhere

I’ve blogged a while back about zeZebra but my short description of it doesn’t do justice to this amazing freeware.

What is zeZebra?

zeZebra is a file sharing tool that helps you send and receive any type of digital media of any size, to and from anywhere across the Internet, for free.

The process is very simple and straightforward; you drag and drop the file you wish to send and you will be provided with a link to share.
This link can be shared via the social networks or you can simply send it by email.

You can send the files not only to the people having a zeZebra account, but to those who haven’t too, as well as to many people at once.
The files you share expire when you choose to, so as long as the link to that file hasn’t been deleted, it will stay active until you choose otherwise.

And how about the privacy and security of your files?

As you can see, this app is simple but powerful and delivers a lot more than all the other sharing apps combined.

Available platforms
zeZebra is available as app for Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone and it’s very light. The CPU usage is very, very low.

Extra goodies
There are 2 plugins attached to it: one is  for Outlook which lets you attach large files and one is for Picasa.

Access Hulu, Pandora, BBC iPlayer and more with Hola Unblocker

Last month i wrote and entry on how to access Hulu outside U.S. with the help of a Firefox extension: Access Hulu outside US with MediaHint . With it, i can watch Hulu and BBC’s iPlayer without problems. I haven’t tried the other services though.

Now, there is another one making waves called Hola Unblocker, which basically let’s you access Hulu, Netflix, Pandora,  BBC iPlayer, cbs.com and fox.com and through the installation of the Windows client you get to unlock a few more: aetv.com, channel4.com, play.google.com, syfy.com, travelchannel.com, usanetwork.com, youtube.com and more.

I installed it on my Chrome browser to test it and at first i had some issues, but then i managed to get it run. It does what it says with the websites i am most interested in and those are: Hulu and BBC iPlayer. I can view the content and the speed is really good.
I did test some other services and i got access, so i guess the only thing i can say now is: so far, so good.

Hola promises speed, access to websites blocked in your country (Hulu, BBC iPlayer, etc) and some levels of anonymity as well as the possibility to bypass censorship of websites such as Facebook, Google or Twitter.

FileZilla is a free and completely portable FTP client. At around 10MB in folder size, you’ll hardly notice it on your USB drive.

This client supports multiple FTP accounts and when you have logged into an account once a “quick connect” option becomes available, which saves time typing in long FTP addresses.  One caveat with this is that because the client is portable, it is advisable to NOT store passwords of your FTP accounts unless your USB stick is encrypted or you keep your USB drive in a secure place at all times i.e. not on a desk when you’re away from the room.

Everything you would expect in an FTP client, Filezilla Portable has.  Uploading, download and changing file permissions is easy. To upload, you simply click on the required file in the left hand window (the local storage window) and this is uploaded to the directory of your website (displayed in the right hand window).  To download a file,  click on the required file in the right hand window.

There are other options available when you right click on a file or folder: create directory, add to queue, change permissions and more.

FileZilla is an easy to use client and suited to beginners and professionals alike.

It can also be used on your PC’s desktop, meaning no installation and registry mess to contend with.
