The original comment is supposed to be thought provoking in the fact that these "tools" would be useless on a Linux machine. You never need to clean a "registry". Drivers are maintained in the kernel. There is no such thing as defragmenting a Linux filesystem. The point here is that real "advanced users" would be using something other than Windows.
