I love this guy! If is a girl who’s blogging there, I love her too!
Who ever is blogging , has done an amazing job on putting a sweet 45 Freeware Design Programs list together with some of the nicest freeware and open source apps.
Included in the list : Image editing freeware, Illustration, Authoring tools, Animation , 3D Modeling, Flash tools and other useful apps you might need if you are into design.
