Ok, so you’ve put two more carriages to our train, but did you perhaps check the train toilets first?

You didn’t, because if you did, you would have seen the filth in there, you would have seen that when you open that door you’ll find a very nasty infectious place where you can flush the water, where can’t wash your hands, because there’s no water running, and where the smell hits you that bad that either you’ll puke or you’ll faint.

I do hope you are aware of the fact that people need the toilets in the morning, and that if they "hold it" till they get to their work, chances are they they will either have an infection or worse.
So please, do something about this, because is disgusting and unacceptable.

Friday morning, a fellow traveler told me that you, NMBS, will raise the costs of the tickets.
Now i wouldn’t mind that the way i do now, if you’d take that damn train and just crash it down and then give us a decent one.

Although we need your service to get to our jobs and back, do not take for granted the patience and silence of the people at the moment.
If you’s see their faces the way i do every morning, you would probably change something and most probably you’ll do it quick.
