How to install actions:

Browse your Adobe Photoshop installation folder – C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Presets\, open the Actions folder and drag and drop the actions there.

Or, save the actions into a folder on your desktop, open Photoshop, go to Actions pallet and click on Load actions. Now browse them from the folder you’ve just saved them.
